In an odd headline (“Farewell to the Old Guard(rails?)”) in its 3/23 issue the Carbon County News implies a realtor’s interest in profits from short-term rentals should trump other city planning concerns…

The implication is clear, although the associated article is somewhat confusing. Regardless, Red Lodge needs less input from realtors, whose may concern is making money, and more concern for what is best for Red Lodge and its citizens.
